Shipping Info
All items ship from Florida. Any shipments made to Florida addresses must pay 7% Sales Tax.
All footwear orders shipping within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii receive FREE U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail shipping on orders over $150 or comparable service with UPS and $9.99 Shipping for all orders under $150. Purchases consisting of a single pair of orthotics will receive free First Class Mail service shipping when eligible.
For those customers who can’t receive packages from the Postal Service or who wish to use a different shipping method, we will use UPS shipping services. Please call us at 1-800-336-6657 or put a note in your order if you do not wish to use U.S. Postal Service shipping.
For returns and exchanges on all orders shipped within the United States, Happy Feet Plus will provide a pre-paid U.S. Postal Service return shipping label. Please call our customer care team at 1-800-336-6657 (Mon-Sat 9-5 EST) to obtain a pre-paid return label. For returns for a refund, Happy Feet Plus will deduct $9.99 from your refund for use of the return shipping label. For exchanges, use of the return label is free.
Any order larger than $300 will be shipped “Signature Required.” Please contact us if this presents a problem.

All orders have a 1 to 2 day in-house processing time. Expedited shipping orders are completed as priority items.
The number of days quoted in each shipping option refers to package transit time in business days and does not include in-house processing time.
Happy Feet Plus maintains a large inventory in our warehouse, but occasionally we have to obtain footwear from one of our 12 retail locations or a manufacturers. Footwear ordered from the manufacturer requires an additional 7-10 business days.
Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays.
