How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders will leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends. Certain items may take a bit longer. If your order is delayed, we'll contact you via email.
Please note: The upgraded shipping choices apply to the time in transit. We still have to pick and pack your order. Our processing time is still 2-3 business days.

Buy Online Pick up in Store (BOPIS):

During checkout, shoppers can select their preferred pick-up store from a list of available options instead of having the order shipped. Once the purchase is confirmed, the chosen store is promptly notified to prepare for the customer's arrival. The store team conducts a thorough inventory check to ensure the selected shoes are in stock and in pristine condition, and once they're done, the online department notifies the customer that their shoes are ready for pick-up. This communication includes details such as store location, opening hours, and any additional instructions needed for a smooth experience.

With the shoes reserved and ready, customers have the opportunity to visit the designated store at their convenience to try on the shoes and ensure they meet their expectations in terms of style, fit, and comfort.

 What shipping methods are available?

We offer two different shipping methods for you to choose from:
  1. UPS SurePost/Economy shipping is free on orders of $75+ (before tax). Orders of less than $75 (before tax) are a flat rate of $10.
  2. UPS Ground will be $15.
PROCESSING TIME: Every attempt will be made to process and ship your order the same day it's received, but it can take between 1-3 business days for regular orders and up to 5 business days for sale orders. We will email you with your tracking number when the order is shipped. If your order is delayed, we'll contact you via email.

 How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship from the East Coast, so delivery time will vary by your proximity.

NOTE: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product delivery address is correct. We take no responsibility for any product a customer does not receive because of errors in the delivery address given to us. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given. Adverse conditions can sometimes affect shipments, so we may need to ship your order early to guarantee on-time shipping.

Our shipping location is in Northern Virginia. UPS Ground and UPS SurePost generally deliver to the DC Metro area in 1-2 days. Orders outside of this area will vary depending on your distance from our shipping facility and the shipping method you choose.

 How long does it take to ship custom/special orders?

Don't see what you want? We can occasionally place custom or special orders directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.* It can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks for these orders to come in to our warehouse, but as soon as we have received them, we will get them shipped out to you, or we will send them to the store where you placed the order for you to pick up. The choice is yours!

Please note: The online department cannot place custom/special orders, but any of the salespeople at our store locations will be happy to answer questions about or place orders for custom/special orders.

*We are not able to do this with every manufacturer or on every item. It is subject to their terms and the availability of the shoes. 

What happens if tracking says delivered, but I didn't receive it?

There are times that tracking shows delivered, but it doesn't get dropped off until the next day or so, especially if your shipping method is UPS SurePost. If you still haven't received the item in 3 business days, please let us know so we can look into a replacement for you.

Do you offer international shipping?

We're sorry, but we don't offer international shipping at this time, and we do not accept orders from customers using freight forwarding companies. We are able to ship to APO/DPO addresses.

How do I track my online order?

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

You can always check your tracking information through this link, by providing the email or the phone number you used to place your order.

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 24 hours for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.

How do I track my store order?

Please be sure to give your email address when placing an order with one of our stores. Once your order has been placed and processed, you will then receive a confirmation email that will include a tracking number and a link to the tracking page.
